and so it ends
not with a bang,
but more with a hollow thud
we've been running on E
now for a while,
and you just didnt know it.
but now its painfully obvious
glaring, really
our sanity & hearts
laying shattered on the floor
my girlish fantasy
of a perfect love - destroyed
your faith in women
is equally demolished

I feel the hot liquid
pouring down my skin
the searing pain of the blade
the cuts on my wrists
did you really think
even for an instant,

he's really kind trippy,
but its actually OK
fun & understanding
loving & amazing
being with him
its like I'm high
everything so brightly technicolor
and absolutely fascinating
really, theres never a dull moment
and yet its OK
that he's 3 hours away
it almost feels closer
but farther at the same time
counting down the days
til I can see this wonderful guy
